4 stars: Great app with visible improvement efforts in general. BUT if you are using calls and reactions, don't update to latest. Microsoft guys, who decided that it's a good idea to place flip camera on own cam preview and reactions over action bar?! If you want to change the view you will accidentally flip the camera and if you want to send love react you can close the call? Were both the architect and the BA on a vacation??
3 stars: It can either be improved or maybe switched to the previous version/s. Aside from the other given comments, I think the developers can also look into authenticating the user first (like that of air bnb's) or giving hints to a person that he/she has been blocked/removed from contact by someone already (like that of whatsapp or skype's old version. Just my 2 cents. Ty
3 stars: It still has the best call quality. However, sending photos needs some work. It defaults to its own gallery foldee which makes it hard for my parents to find the pictures they want to send. And it also ignores Google Photos which makes it difficult to send photos cleared off the device or taken on another device.
3 stars: This app and it's PC equivalent are now far too complex to be usable on a daily basis...
