3 stars: Lot's of bugs. I love it when it works but sometimes it just won't cooperate and make the reservation when the date and time are clearly open. I have to call the restaurant to make the reservation. System could be much improved as there are other annoying bugs.
4 stars: Very hard to redeem award the first time. Seems counterintuitive...you have to redeem the award before you make a reservation. But if you remember to do this it is pretty simple to use.
5 stars: Open table has saved me time in making reservations. I am disappointed when a restaurant I would like to dine at doesn't use OpenTable. Most of the time I don't even go. Love love love OpenTable.
5 stars: Helps a lot when looking for a table and at the time I usually want. Saves us time and better than dropping in and realizing you have to wait hours for a table.
3 stars: Great except the restaurant didn't open until 30 min. after our reservation. Times weren't accurate.
4 stars: Somewhat confused if I want to make an advanced reservation, then go online - since only shows today and next 2 days.
