4 stars: The app is easy to use and clean. I would love to be able to kick a device that I choose off of my network through the app instead of just pausing it. Also the paused devices setting is a little too deep into the app. Having it on the main screen on the app would be useful. Sometimes I pause a device that isn't in the kids devices and it takes a bit to find it.
3 stars: Google please help, the last update has ruined the previous wonder of this system, please fix asap as my google wifi (one attached to router) has been turning red since, also the app will not open. I appreciate that you are trying to stay updated but for the amount of money I was forking over when I could have gone with possibly a better system. Please contact me when the issue is resolved so I may thank you for your hard work.
3 stars: You need this (only) if you have the hardware. The app has a major design flaw in that it only works if your router has Internet connectivity. Which means you cannot fix things while your Internet is down.
5 stars: Easy to set up, reliable wifi. My original problem was my wifi modem would give great connections but had many hiccups in the network, I'd have work calls go in and how on Skype. This mesh network has solved my problem and it was simplic for non technical users.
