5 stars: I agree with another review that there are still improvements to be made in Missive, but it's a great option at a viable cost that handles what it's meant to do very well. If you're considering an option like Front, give Missive some serious thought first.
3 stars: The best thing about Missive is their desktop/web apps which bring combined inboxes to the desktop experience. Better than Alto or Newton. Unfortunately, the missive mobile app has a long way to go to catch up with the best apps. Missive has very few customization options, no dark theme, no way to change swipe actions, no multi select. Aqua Mail leads the pack for customization, but Outlook, Maildroid, Mailwise, Blue, myMail, etc. are each more customizable than Missive. Missive is still a solid app, just not as pleasant to use as it could be.
