4 stars: Gojek really eases people's mobility, especially those who live in big cities who can't afford to face the traffic. However, instead of trying to become a fintech apps, I think Gojek should focus on its main business: transportation. Development such as: 1. Built in app chat; 2. Teaming up with other startups (e.g: zo**to) for better accuracy of food prices in Go-Food service; 3. Evaluating auto bid system for drivers; 4. Empowering older drivers that barely know how to use gps; 5. Always listen on two sides of the story in case of conflict between driver and customer: are much more urgent.
4 stars: Need improvement: on Nov 17th I did order food using Gofood . The order was received, but the driver did not close and it is still show up in the history. I did remain the driver to close. It is still in the history submenu in progress. It might be a bug in the program.
4 stars: please build in-app chat, it's not efficient to always call/text. Nowadays, with the Internet people rarely buy phone credit.

5 stars: Apaan Gojek, kode verif g msk2 pdhl sinyal bgs, internet lancar. Saya ud isi saldo pula, lapar mw beli makan malah tiba2 out sndiri trs mnta login ulang, pas login ulang kode verif g masuk2. Skrg d block 30 menit. Kan ga lucu. Tolong d fix kan la ya.
