3 stars: - think twice before topping up the gopay credits otherwise it ll take a long time to get the money back via withdraw option to ur bank account. the option seems to be not very practical, nor efficient.
5 stars: - The customer service is really good and fast response, love the ux, most of the driver usually very polite, some just so so. Tho sometimes it can be annoying when you get driver that is far from the pick up point.

4 stars: - Keep the good work but still need to improve it because sometimes the app could made double booked in every order. Unfortunately, the driver will take the blame because of that.
