4 stars: - Found some bugs when i do a purchase couple days ago, the transaction record is missing and marked as cancelled then its suddenly reappear when its verified. Then when i click 'salin' button on the confirmation payment for a million amount the last 3 digits became e^xx and it changed to a number. Pretty weird i guess

5 stars: - best app for seller and buyer. all you want buy or sell it can be happened at toped. but sometimes in busy working hour tokopedia apps slow or even cannot opened.
2 stars: - Setiapkali update selalu muncul masalah baru. Yang paling baru saya kesulitan buka pesan, diskusi produk atau pusat resolusi. Mau fast respond jadi susah. Padahal jaringan 4G bagus.
