5 stars: I work full time and have a family to look after too so I wanted an easy to follow but short daily workout and this is perfect! I have 20kg to lose so needed something that wouldn't overface me but still challenge me and I'm so impressed with this app. I even did it with my kids who thought it was great too. 7 -10 minutes daily is all that's needed and who can't commit to that? Its great and I would highly recommend it.
