It has definitely been improved over the last 6 months. If you encounter an issue, customer service will solve it!
4 stars: Great work. This app actually work perfectly well. I have been using it for a while now and i really commend the efficiency and quality services and features of this app. But i would also like to purchase a Germany number. But i can't Germany on the list of countries supported. Is there a possibility of adding a Germany number anytime soon???
4 stars: When this app works, it works absolutely great. Provides a great alternative number for online sales. Although many bugs must be addressed: 1. Sometimes unable to make calls. Stays on "Setting up call" and never connects. 2. Screen Doesn't shut off when the proximity sensor is to the ear, it dims the screen but doesn't turn it off and your face winds up pressing all sorts of buttons. 3. I have had a subscription for the past 6 months and also bought credit. The credit has been sitting dormant in my account on the app, the app doesn't recognize those funds to renew my subscription. Other than that, works brilliantly. Fix these bugs and I will happily put 5 stars
