My problems with the app itself: 1) I am *constantly* asked to update the app. Seems to happen once per week or so, which is ridiculous. Must be a bug? 2) The app doesn't remember my selected setting of
4 stars: Hit and miss on what you can get, you don't get a choice. Small number that are 'once tried wouldn't go back' even if paying full price. Majority are excellent. Some, I guess, are using as marketing as they are offering 'leftovers' well before the end of their services, these ones tend to the meanest with food. Look for those that collection times are close to their closing times.
3 stars: Your Contact Us page doesnt work to submit feedback on problematic orders. (Drop down is non-responsive) as of Sept 25. The recent update causes the app to lag and it doesnt open on a Samsung s20. Reinstalled and even cleared cache. Frustrating! Be nice to have the option to pin our favorite retailers instead of having them shift all over the place in the app. Otherwise was a good app when it worked.
