5 stars: Cheaper and a faster pick up than Uber. Google maps gave Bolt as an option and after downloading App, its so much easier vs. Inputting address each time. You can communicate with your driver on app via phone or text.. I kept it on cash basis. It tells you price before confirming. Reliable service. Nice drivers, clean cars. Thank you Bolt for making my stay on Paris a nice one. One of my daughter'sneeds so metro was not an option.
4 stars: it's overall a good service. wWhen there is more demand though the app becomes problematic, drivers keep on canceling you on their previously accepted pick up requests. Sometimes locations are not very accurate and can cause problems, the drivers are shown to go somewhere else. There is always room for improvement.
3 stars: Should add a feature that allows users to cancel a ride without a fee if the driver doesn't bother picking you up for 20 minutes. Good overall. However some bad apples in the mix making bolt trips either a joy or a waste of money.
3 stars: I really think with a few simple tweaks to the app this could be so much easier to use and way more customer friendly. Firstly add option for return trip to be able to add after initial booking. And just 1 small step further, add option to add stops along the journey. Could be an extra passenger, two friends sharing a ride home, etc
