5 stars: I have been using UBER for many years. The app is very accurate. Tells you how many minutes away your driver is, shows his name, the make of the car and license plate numbers. It also shows a map of your trip. Paying, tipping, splitting payment, rating, and messagjng the driver are all included in the app. I feel very safe and comfortable using UBER because of all these features.
4 stars: Sometimes the option to book for another person just doesn't appear, please fix. And the UI also sometimes looks different on different phones, which ,really not fair. But the rides are more trustworthy than any online taxi service I've had experience with in my region, so, thanks for the service.
2 stars: The fares use to be far lower than a taxi fare however, now the rate seems depending on what time it is and how busy the drivers are. The drivers have been great, with the exception of a couple drivers who were not familiar with the area and to add to his and my frustration there was a language barrier. Ultimately the issues that have made me give the app a low rating is due to the app not the drivers.
