5 stars: Cant make calls. Cant receive aswell. Most of my coleagues are experiencing the same problem.
5 stars: love it! Brings so much engagement and communication is easier.
4 stars: works great although I've run into some issues getting my employees connected. I do wish it was a bit more simple of a process to connect everyone, but once everyone is connected it's fantastic for what we need to use it for.

3 stars: chat head not enabled anymore. keeps asking for reauth. was way better previous version
3 stars: On Surface Duo the screen flickers so much when you try to reply to a message and the app becomes unusable. Please fix.
2 stars: I wasn't reviving chat notifications for the longest time. It turned out that I had to go into the Workplace app, that I also had installed, and turn off chat notifications in there. I then began to receive Work Chat notifications again.
2 stars: there is a problem in notifications. sometimes when I receive a message to the Android app, they stop showing on the desktop app.
