4 stars: Please check out Hutch self care app. You will understand it's less annoying and it's smooth. Please try to give that feel atleast. I hate opening this app. Just display the money and data and everything in one page. It's annoying to have to click on the data tab to check data. And it takes ages to load. This is the best you can do? I don't think so.

3 stars: Exits when going back. The app is slow and less responsive compared to other apps. So sometimes the back is pressed several times unintentionally. This makes the app exit. The loading time is very long even compared to other apps. So it's really annoying to leave the app unintentionally and again waiting to load. They should add a confirmation to stop accident exits. Other than that, I think it's a good app.
2 stars: This app is super slow. May be the slowest app I've ever used. Sometimes, I am unable to access the payment gateway. Even if you I had data, error code -8 appeared and the page couldn't load itself. If you cannot speed up the app, reduce some extra features. Focus more on the main features. People don't expect extra features from slower application.
