5 stars: Love it! I really like the point program too and and the upgrade (trade in) program. If ecovacs keeps it going I'll be a lifetime customer. I would like to see an upgrade to the home mapping so that it is more dynamic. The first time I mapped it missed a tiny spot and it's not in the map it usually vacuums anyway but I would like it to either auto add or allow me to update map in one area
5 stars: I would recommend a robot back to to everyone, especially people that are handicapped. It does the vacuuming better that I could do it. It gets in all those places and around places that I could not get into. I cannot afford a vacuum with and automatic dispenser. The model we purchased does have mopping capabilities also. If you can afford it though it's best to get one that has an automatic dispenser.
