5 stars: A great outing by PalmPay, especially with the addition of mini loans to the services. And the loans are accessed very quickly. The bonuses on payments are equally fantastic. Transfers are hitch free. I give you 5 stars.
4 stars: Very good app. The interface and experience is top notch. Their services too are fast and easy, and although my transfer got stuck one time, but got my refund in 24hrs. Please, you guys should use your brain to make features, you add that like every few days, and expect users to quickly update. Does it not make more sense to ask for an update only after you've made a sizeable number significant features.
4 stars: so far it's a very good app, it's convenient to use, it allows me to buy something like airtime or data even if I cannot pay immediately. Apart from the interest rate and having to pay a fee to transfer to my bank, this app is very good
3 stars: This is a great to substitute with banks for smaller amount of transactions. Transfers are fast and airtime top ups comes with little bonuses but my problem with this app is that they have a lot of spam numbers that wouldn't allow one focus with their daily activities, I've blocked not less than 8 numbers so far. It's just really annoying to be honest.
