4 stars: works great although I've run into some issues getting my employees connected. I do wish it was a bit more simple of a process to connect everyone, but once everyone is connected it's fantastic for what we need to use it for.

3 stars: On Surface Duo the screen flickers so much when you try to reply to a message and the app becomes unusable. Please fix.
2 stars: Makes you re-log in too often, it can be very annoying. This last time it booted me out, it went back to the login screen but I can't press login as it's glitching and jumping the buttons up and down. Tried closing and reopening but hasn't helped yet. Now can't access work messages.
