5 stars: it's the cheapest and quickest way to fulfill my orders for my company. as much as I want to shop local I can't beat the variety or price in most cases. damn you Amazon!

4 stars: Unusable, freezes everytime when trying to place an order ***edit - most recent update seems to have remedied the freezing at order confirmation
4 stars: Always a good experience. Shipping is quick and the delivery folks are always quick and easy to deal with, if we see them.
3 stars: App and features are great. I just can't get over the fact that you can't use the same phone number for both business and personal. You cannot setup an account without a phone number. If you have a personal account linked to your cell, you can't setup a business account as well. I really wanted to do 5 stars.
3 stars: Moving from personal to business is clunky. But using the business app is a poor example, even if Amazon is pushing it. I tried it twice. Immediate issue was the order history is empty. Amazon, please stop showing me totally unrelated stuff - coffee machine because I bought USB C cables 🤣 Artificial non-intelligent? The business app defaults to US, I think. I am in Canada!
2 stars: Unable to select weekend delivery days for Amazon days, or prime shipping despite location being set up for it. Can ...
