3 stars: It works great! The UI is a bit overwhelming sometimes, but other than that it works well. The biggest problem for me personally, that docked quite a few stars, is being unable to turn off text to emoji. Idk bout you, but 😀 looks horrifying compared to :). Would recommend, and I would really appreciate being able to turn off this ding dang feature.
3 stars: Works great for personal use. I love the option of being able to switch from your personal profile to your business. However, that's when it bugs out. I send messages and it shows i sent nothing, and when i get a response that tends not to show up either unless i completely cancel out. Makes business owners look unprofessional.
2 stars: Since the last update, switching between my personal and my business account has become a pain, as more often than not it will freeze the entire app and I won't be able to see messages on either account. Logging me out and requiring a password multiple times a day, not loading messages properly and not receiving notifications for messages... This avenue for communication has gone way down hill :(
