3 stars: Ugh, this app needs an update. It lags on sending messages, doesn't always have a connection to send messages through (even when verified that there is a connection to mobile data, or wifi), the notifications aren't coming in on time, I'll have already looked at the message then who knows how much longer later, I'll get a notif. about an old message I've already seen and even replied to.
3 stars: It has generally been a good app, but for some reason, I'm not getting notifications at the time they were sent despite having tried to update, uninstall and reinstall the app. I sometimes get messages sent in the morning in the evening. My notifications settings haven't changed but this problem has sprung up.
2 stars: Update: still no chat head shortcuts like before. Chats randomly delete so if you need to know something screenshot it or it could vanish. Bring back the chat head shortcuts! This was the best app and it was great to have the option to set certain ppls chat heads as a shortcut on my screen. Now I can't, so I either have to open the app then open the person in a chat head, or use the one shortcut that I do have and find the person.
2 stars: All of a sudden getting a bug where whenever I open messenger or return to the main inbox from a conversation, the tab from the bottom allowing me to switch to my pages/other profiles pops up, and when I tap out, the tab returns twice more before I can interact with the inbox.
