5 stars: It's a really useful app in terms of navigation and of course it's bringing food and just a few clicks but I suggest that they should work on improving their searches , if you would like to search a specific food whatever the search results are not really exact so I think that's the point where they should improve as in the app the functionality . 4 stars: I enjoy ordering on your app. You have some flaws like the payment system. Your drivers are lazy to go up a level of stairs. Even though the one who's going to pick it up is a crippled. But still you deliver. I just hope you fix your payment method issues and delivery quality
3 stars: Please do something on pin location in the map locator. It's always hard for your rider to locate the customer, also frustrating for the customer who is in a hurry to have their food delivered. It's hard to change the pin location, even we update the address but still the pin location doesn't change.
