5 stars: the best browser out there by default . I only have a few small gripes , it takes too long to sync the mobile bookmarks to the desktop version and the connection process is quite tedious. the other thing that might not even be the browser's fault is that it is not my default browser for all apps even though I have disabled chrome and set this as my default.
4 stars: You know, Firefox on Android is pretty good. It's not awesome, but it's a solid browser, and more importantly it's not Chromium-based. A browser monoculture is something we should all work very hard to avoid, lest we make a rod for our own backs. The main issue I have with it as of Sept 2022 is even still, two years after the rewrite, it's unable to reorder tabs.
3 stars: The mobile browser has been neutered significantly. You only seem to be able to select add-ons that are recommended, no searching for others. You can't set what you see when you first load into Firefox, always the most recent sites you've been to (I want to see my bookmarks at launch, but nope.. gotta do many finger punches at the screen).
