5 stars: Works for me! I've really had no issues any time I've used it. The only difficulty I've encountered is that different features only work in certain regions, like being able to schedule your ride or a specific car. This can't necessarily be helped, but maybe a better or more consistent app interface would clearly show all features and then specify those that are available in your current region.
5 stars: This is the most handy app! So easy to use. Uber is such a great service, can't fault it. All the drivers I've had so far have been very efficient, polite, and the trips have been super easy. They have all been very quick to arrive. Love how the app tells you the closest pick up spot, the cars license plate, make and colour, and how far awayvthe driver is. I've never had to wait more than 10min, for which I'm very appreciative.
3 stars: The map seems to stuck. The uber is not moving on the trip status. However i shared the trip and on the link which i opened using a browser the car is moving. Thank you team for fixing this. However, getting another issue now. With grocery it seems very slow to respond selecting options. Eats and ride are very good.
2 stars: You can schedule a trip in advance OR you can schedule a trip with multiple stops, but you cannot do both at once. This seems like an oversight/easy fix, and I would love to see it addressed soon as it's a minor yet particularly annoying little bug. Tracking of the driver's location could also be improv...
