4 stars: I used to love Wattpad, and although I still do, I think the ads are starting to get to me. There's too many. They're fine between chapters, albeit a bit too frequent, but really annoying along the bottom of the chapter, and they don't go away. I do recommend it because of the ease of use, but if a lot of ads are a deal breaker, I suggest waiting until they either lessen or remove the ones inside of chapters entirely.
3 stars: I love this app but now there is like a permanent ad at the bottom of the screen and it's very distracting from when I'm trying to read I don't really enjoy this as very off-putting to the reading experience when you have dark mode on (Edit: for a while now the ad at the bottom wasn't there, but then it suddenly appeard. Now even more annoyed)
2 stars: Used to great, but now it's full of ads and membership pushing. Used to read for hours but now ads will play every few chapters that i can't escape from, and randomly crashing and freezing losing what i read (every few chapters or few minutes even, and it doesn't save my progress). Greedy move. Writers, this app is full of bugs and you can lose progress if you're not careful.
