5 stars: Cool. But you need to just active the chat when the drivers arrive to the pick up point, cause they ask anytime if the payment in cash or credit card and a lot of time if the payment is in credit card they cancel the trip. You must verify that.
5 stars: Didi 99% of the time is cheaper than uber, Ola etc. Arrival time is quicker. Previously with uber had trip booked... Waiting for a driver that isn't going to show up at all, as the driver cancels the job..... An early booking to get to work on time turns into being late..but luckily using DiDi to get there, realiable and a lot less expensive!! Give it a go!
4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: When I started out I was able to get a discount but now, after nearly a year of using it there isn't anything no bonuses, nothing, the app is on and off 50% of the time letting me know if there driver has even left where they started from, sometimes I'll need to call the driver just to ask if they are even coming, however it is still constantly cheaper than an Uber!
