4 stars: The app's been freezing up a lot when I'm playing since I installed the last update. Have had to exit the app at least 3x. Also, a minor but very conspicuous thing, when you go to the heroes, they seem to be darker in color; as if the underlying or base color is black. They also look like they're levitating, especially when you rotate them.

3 stars: The game us fun. A little easier and cheaper than other strategy games out there. I enjoy the npc play. The customer service is absolute garbage though. If the game runs smoothly it is great, but if something goes wrong..good luck getting devs to reply in a timely manner. Finding how to contact support is a task in its own. The system will give you a run around loop of automated answers that doesn't help you.
4 stars: It's a good game. Paying makes it easier but it's not required at all. The only complaints I have is that the wait times get really long and the bundles aren't really worth it for speedups. The real problem is that the female heros suck. I have several and they're all weak power wise and you have to upgrade them double the amount as the guys. It's ridiculous.
