3 stars: App can't figure out which episode you're on if you're rewatching a series, and it also just randomly closes sometimes. I always have to reload the app when I open it, because it won't have what I watched last on it. Honestly, this app kind of sucks, but I will still use it, because I like having the picture in picture on my phone.
3 stars: It does what it's supposed to do. But, no skipping of the opening credits for TV shows. Everytime I restart a downloaded episode it plays with the descriptive video soundtrack. Even though it is set to English only. You actually have to select descriptive video and back to English for it to stop. It's very annoying. Please fix.
4 stars: Still new with Amazon Prime Video but I'm enjoying it so far. I like when you pause a movie the actors appear on the side. Clever. Selection of movies and shows seems good and varied. Please don't start selecting movies for people just because they watched one thriller or romantic comedy doesn't mean that's all the want to see. People are more complex than that.
4 stars: For functionality, I think it's the best streaming app of the few that I use. Excellent content, too. My gripe about the app is that there is no sleep timer, and the app will not allow a third party app to close it down. That means when I listen to shows when I'm falling asleep, the show will have to run its course eating up data (that I'm not getting up benefit from, because I'm sleep LOL)
