3 stars: Great app but needs to enforce some minimum quality for the listings. The map selection feature and filters are very good. However the quality of the property listings are generally very poor. The locations of properties can be innacurate and the quality of the photographs are unbelievably bad. Spitogatos should set some minimum standards before allowing a listing.
5 stars: Very good application, great work. My only comment is that every time you change area, all the search criteria get reset and you have to set them again.
5 stars: Really intuitive and easy to navigate. Others are too tedious and are very badly programmed, making it impossible to make sense of your lists or to properly filter your searches. Spitogatos is the best. Thanks!
5 stars: I would like to see also filter with listed buildings. And it would be great to hook advertisement with instant direct / whatsapp/ viber access to the contact person on the listing. Because , lots of the time you hear -please leave your number and agent will call you back . Many of them do not remember to do so.
