3 stars: It's probably not even worth the 3 stars. When it's busy the surge charges are great and the work flows nicely, however... 1. Passengers always cancel and driver doesn't receive cancellation fee, 2. The app is forever crashing, leading to loss of fare, 3. My payments are ever late of incorrect and I can never get a proper explanation, 4. The commission is high and why are my tips added to bolts commission.
3 stars: It's a good business opportunity. However, the app keeps hanging. I think Bolt needs to let drivers know the cost of each trip from the beginning of each trip because I have lost so much because of network issues. Night trips needs to be higher than daytime trips.
5 stars: The app is great. So far so good. However, areas that most drivers are getting robbed when a request comes from there it should indicate that this is a danger Zone so that the driver make informed decision. Please look into something to the effect
3 stars: The current new update is okay. But these are the challenges with the new updates: FIRST, No price reviews when a rider refuses to pay for the trip, yet bolt gets its full commission.. I have lost so much money and valuable time as a result of this. SECOND, Bolt Commission in Abuja, Nigeria seems to be higher 20% on each trip, instead of the usual 20%. It's really unfair. THIRD, No guarantee Security wise.
