5 stars: It's a really great app to meet other people ever since covid started we can't really go out like we would like to so meeting new people and getting to talk to people is nice.
3 stars: I've been intermittently losing my chats for a few days and then they come back. Very irritating as there is no way to search for them by name or find them if you've lost them.
5 stars: Nice to have free chatting privileges. I was muted for ????? I never used vulgar language. I didn't do anything wrong. I don't understand why I would ever be muted. It's not right.
3 stars: Look. I like the app.. customer service was pretty good with helping me recover my account. But.. please stop deleting my messages with people randomly. It's really upsetting, once in a while they will reappear but mostly they disappear and never come back.. and it happens a lot with one particular person, though I hardly talk to anyone.. so idk how often it happens but it is a real problem for me. \ud83d\ude1e
4 stars: I find the app does not all you to recover your details if you forget login details. There I have had to open a number of accounts. Now I have been asked to delete some of mt accounts as I have verified all my accounts. I would to to delete my forgotten accounts but I can't due to not remembering my login details.
