5 stars: I started using rideshares again recently after selling my car. Lyft is just so much better than Uber in terms of pricing and service. The new 'Wait \u0026 Save' is a terrific idea! Due to Covid-19 can't pool anymore, but waiting a bit gives a affordable pricing to use everyday.
3 stars: Extremely frustrating experience with the service itself. For the past couple of months I had countless drivers cancelling the ride after waiting for 10-15 minutes for them to show up. Two of the addresses I use all the time are wrong on the map or the drivers are sent on the wrong gated access - and there's no way to provide feedback to the app.
3 stars: The app itself is great. Some of the drivers not so much. 1 driver almost got into 4 accidents in 1 trip because he wasn't paying attention to the cars in front of him. Another trip had an accident where lyft just tried to make sure not gonna pay out and completely forgot there's people involved.
4 stars: I have noticed several instances that assigned drivers are not moving thus making me cancel the ride at a cost to me. I find this unfair. The assigned driver is not dropping off anyone nor is he in traffic. He is not moving period. It also feels like a ghost car. App is on driver is not there you assign driver then customer cancel when he sees car not moving driver then puts money in his pocket that what it sounds like to me
