4 stars: Quite happy with this device which we have been using for almost a year. Some connectivity issues at times but out wifi is not always reliable. 5 stars: The app itself is very nice, and the camera has lots of nice features BUT all those things dont matter when the camera disconnects and goes offline multiple times per night. Update: changed to 5 stars! The company contacted me and sent a new camera, ours had some hardware issues. The new camera works great! I would recommend if you're looking for a wifi baby monitor.
3 stars: I thought this monitor was great when we first purchased it in August 2019, however lately it has been quite glitchy with picture and sound cutting out and constant network connectivity problems. I have had to power cycle the monitor countless times over the past month which had been disruptive to my baby's sleep.
3 stars: This app needs a lot of work. Awesomen when it's working but drops signal way too often. (Internet connection is not the issue) Constantly having to restart the app and or the camera. For a baby monitor that costs $200+ the app should be flawless.
