5 stars: The app is great, it has its share of dirty tricks aimed to artificially inflate rental time for which, no doubt, Yandex pays dearly with clients loyalty today and will have to admit and apologise in future. Other than that, it's straightforward, clear, concise and easy to use to earn it 4*. And the 5th star is for the funny texts and descriptions)))
5 stars: Love it! Haven't used any other car sharing service in Moscow, but I don't need to. Always works fine, customer service is great, and in case of things going sideways, they always give you bonus points that you can pay with later. Top notch! \ud83d\udc4d
5 stars: App doesn't handle change of location in realtime (from notification bar, for instance).Instead app forces you to go the system location settings.
3 stars: Having problems registering. I have sent the required photos of my UK driving license, UK passport, passport selfie and registration But for some reason they keep asking me to resend registration, as a non-Russian citizen I only have a visa. So the only thing I can think is this app is not suitable for non Russians. Unfortunately we are not able to register you in our service if you cannot provide us you temporary registration in Russia.
4 stars: English language option must also be available on the user interface.Currently only Russian is available. Very difficult to use for foreigners.
