5 stars: We live in a place with no taxi service - the population is too small to support it - so when we visited Moscow and St Petersburg this was our first experience with app-hailed taxi service. Yandex is absolutely awesome. Even when the GPS locator system didn't work perfectly (only once) and language was a barrier, we still connected and they got us where we needed to go quickly and cheerfully. Fabulous service, great drivers - thank you!
3 stars: app couldn't get the driver to my place properly. it showed him different place. moreover, you cannot change payment method while you are in a ride. until the very end, when drivers should press finish button, method cannot be changed.
5 stars: I have been using this app alot Sometimes there ate problems but the costumer service was quick to solve them and very easy to deal with

4 stars: Trains frequently block the roads for long periods of time (e.g. 30 mins) but yandex taxi doesn't take that in...
