4 stars: It's an awesome app. I mean it lags at times, and most times when I've been waiting for 30+ minutes and finally when I get to talk to the person I've been on hold for, the call will cut off. But why complain when it's free and as long as u got wifi, there is a way to communicate via phone or text messages.

5 stars: Pretty happy that they have finally decided to involved a SIM card for use but not so happy about the whole fact that I'm in Canada and it doesn't seem to want to work for me not sure as to why I lost a SIM card somewhere I also had to use a forwarding address to get the piece of mail sent to my country also maybe a problem that the SIM card didn't work in the phones that I had tried it in
3 stars: True free Wi-Fi calling app, I could drop my cellphone carrier. Not for mobile on the go use, but can be used simply by stopping at any free Wi-Fi hot spot all over the country. Droped to 3 stars as the app has become completely unreliable, stopped ringing, won't receive important text.
4 stars: I can no longer make calls to 1-800, 1-888 etc etc numbers, rings once then immediately disconnects. And at a really bad time too, I'm trying to resolve debt issues and tax issues, but I cant contact the people I need to now. Worked just fine yesterday.
