4 stars: I enjoy how easy the app is to use, but I wish there was a way to hide listings that I don't want to see because ive already decided I don't like that property. I'll get notifications for recommendations on properties I looked at but didn't save. The search filters and ability to draw for the area you're looking at is great.
4 stars: I generally enjoy the App. I find that sometimes it is my system that gives me trouble processing with speed the postings. So processing speed is one of my complaints, the other is the Satellite view: there has to be some way of cross referencing the locations of the dropped pin. It is in quite a few instances in the wrong location as per the map. I would say more than 50% in the wrong place.

5 stars: As a realtor I use zillow more than the local MLS for property searches. The only thing I would say is that some of the search parameters show too small of an area so sometimes properties don't show up even though they are technically in a city. Since I know that its no big deal for me but I have had clients mention it.
