5 stars: This game is really amazing, so far so good. I only open the game after 2 hours or 4 hours to collect the money then watch ads, if you do not want to lose money you can hire an assistant. Upon checking the ranking, it really motivates me to play, collect and get a ranking on the country or the world. Atleast in the game I would be a millionaire, billionaire HEHEHE
4 stars: I've played a couple of landlord games and I think this one is the best. The AR functions add to the game without being overbearing. It has a reasonable rate of progression. Best of all, you don't need to spend any real money at all to play and have a good time. Even as a completely free player, you can watch a reasonable and unintrusive amount of adds to get bonuses and be competitive.
3 stars: This game is really fun and I'm enjoying it. I played the last Landlord game, and I have to say this is more engaging than that one. However, I have deducted two stars for taking an essential part of the game and locking it behind a paywall. You shouldn't need to buy a rent manager to collect more than 4 hours of rent. It's greedy. It's a fundamental part of the game and those who don't buy it are disadvantaged.
4 stars: This game is to me what Ronseal paint is to old people. It does exactly what it says on the tin. 4 stars only based on the fact that I've spent two weeks on it and I'm still not really sure on the mechanics BUT I'm making progress and I reckon I'll be back with a 5. Fantastic if...
