3 stars: Group orders are really buggy. When starting a group order, the menu in the app gets screwed up (only 4 items from the menu were still visible). You have to close the app and find the open group order from the order list to see the restaurant menu again. Also, it's also really easy to inadvertently start adding item to a personal cart after a group order was started, or even accidentally open multiple group orders.
3 stars: I like the options doordash has for restaraunts, and I like hiw the app is organized, but the app is janky. It's constantly signing me out and 1 in every 5 times will error out and I won't be able to use it at all. Also, the city specific fee is frustrating. Customer service is good, though. I've had a better experience with DoorDash than with UberEats and PostMates, I just wish the app worked.
