5 stars: After an extremely frustrating experience with the buses in Malta I decided to take the worry out of my trip to the Airport and Bolt rode to the rescue. What a relief to have an intuitive, simple, straightforward app. The journey options (type of vehicle) are excellent. The timings are accurate. Prices are reasonable, and you do have options depending on the type of vehicle you select. Highly recommended!
3 stars: Taxi \u0026 bike/scooter function are decent. Renting a car is impossible for me - the reason is that verification is not well done. I had my driver's license picture taken a few years back - since then I've cut my hair bald and grown a full beard. The app does not recognize my driver's license \u0026 I cannot use the function. There doesn't seem to be any other verification method so overall 3/5.
4 stars: An amazing app with many useful features. But couldn't find how to add a home and a work location from map. Alongside with it, ordered drivers' details are not being cached / saved for someone to contact the drivers if they have left their ownings in it (like their purses or bags).
3 stars: Fair enough. Suggestions to improve the UX: Allow using more than one product at the same time. I.e. I want to take a scooter to go to the bolt drive location. Right now, I can't reserve a Bold drive and use a scooter at the same time. I'd would be awesome!
