5 stars: Things have improved a great deal. Today, within a minute of recharge, account gets activated and you can begin using the services. I only hope JIO doesn't enroll more subscribers than their infrastructure can handle, and the quality degrades...
5 stars: Good app interface , easy recharge can be done, switching between account may be a little bit easier but overall great experience . App doesn't work if data exhausted but emergency data loan and recharge options should work even if data balance exhausted . Overall good experience.
4 stars: UI Lagging!!!!! This is the only problem i'm facing now, Do something to fix this error. When i open jio app it takes 2 minutes to load the data because of the UI Lagging. May be Optimising UI will Increase the smoothness in JioApp. ♥️ Wonderfull App (with some Lagging Issue)
3 stars: Service of jio is not so satisfactory as it was before, now a days, net work problems are very common in my locality, we need jio support to resolve the net work speed problem. For you information, I am using one plus 4g/5g mobile, however the connection is not equal to my need.
