4 stars: Rough around the edges, but works when you're in a bind. Ensure that no battery optimization is enabled when using this app or you'll get weird errors from simple tasks.
5 stars: I changed my review. I love this app. I have about 15 clients with Office 365 and if they need me to make a small change, reset a password etc, it's so easy and fast to do now. It used to crash all the time, but it's fine now.
3 stars: I would say MS has to make a lot of pollish on the application. It is usable but also very limited. As an admin I expect more ability to do when I'm away from my customers. So I decide to give a 3 star but I will upgrade if I see some progress.
4 stars: Recent install and still finding my way around but loving UI compared to the clunky way I was working on the odd occasion I needed to make a change using the web portal.
5 stars: Awesome. It used to be useless, specially with license management. Very much improved. Very stable now.
