4 stars: The app can,be a bit confusing but was able to book my hotel without issues. However the customer service I recieved when an issue arose was incredible. You do have to use email to send concerns amd they responded within 5 min . Jayme and Tammy were so helpful and went above and beyond. I wish all 3rd party apps customer service was like this . Thank you so much for all your help .
4 stars: Edit* they contacted me right away and fixed the issue. IT needs to fix the app so we can submit requests. It just says uh oh something went wrong try again later. No customer support. I need to change my Dob for a flight and the app keeps saying there is an error. Plus there's no way to talk to anyone or email This is frustrating! My booking info is TCZSRO
3 stars: Can't math! App identified a great price, I went to book, and it kept adding erroneous upgrades which I had removed. So, $44 +16 + 44 + 16 somehow equated to $121, and when I added the $5 tip, then it dropped below $100, but when I removed the $5 tip, went back up to $121. I'll book with the airline directly, thanks! If you fix your bug, maybe next time you can capture the sale.
