3 stars: 25 Jul 21 - Been using this app for a week. Started off great, then 4 days ago didn't upload any data. Disconnected my phone from my meter and tried to pair the 2 devices again. No luck. My phone says it can't communicate with my meter. Am logging readings manually at the moment which is a pain in the butt. Have emailed customer support and am awaiting a response and solution.
5 stars: I've had the Connect meter for about a month now and so far am very excited about how simple it is to track levels. This and pens are miles from an older meter and vials\\syringes. I need to update my review to mention the incredibly good customer care this app has. They are quick to respond to requests and very friendly. Also, I just met Alicia and I'm very excited about her qualifications and knowledge being at my fingertips.
4 stars: Only been using the app for a few weeks and it seems very good. I like the reports generated tho a shame it only outputs to pdf so cannot be pulled into anything else. I like how you have a lot of choice of icon relating to a test plus the ability to take a photo to help identify a test Good stuff!
5 stars: Excellent app, I often sync it to my meter and then when I go to the doctor I just show him my phone. Pro tip make sure you rearrange the fields so it shows the information you need to enter quickly.
