3 stars: Edit: Channels now better correlated with grid. Getting 30+ ota channels, great picture! Works well on micro usb phone with an usb c/micro usb adapter. BUT: 1) Player gets very hot. 2)Cannot charge phone while tuner is plugged in. 3) recording fx shows working but cannot find my recordings in padtv folder. Where are they?
5 stars: really good thus far, only thing I would love to have is an ability to access channel changes without goin into the menu. Maybe tap the side of the screen and the channels would slide into view or drag your finger to do it...
4 stars: Works better than expected. Not a replacement for a 60 inch TV, but quite handy upon occasion. Glad I got it!
5 stars: This pad HD is excellent. I am very impressed. Just plug in the dongle and download the app scan for local channels \u0026 u are watching tv in 2 minutes. While the pic breaks up if u or the antenna is moving that is the fault of the 30year old HD ATSC 1.0 broadcast standard not this app. I will definently buy the ATSC 3.0 version when it is availble
5 stars: Very impressive little gizmo and app! I hooked it up to my roof antenna first to see how many stations it could get. I was surprised to see 48 channels, more than my 3 TVs can tune in! Still fiddling with it, but so far I'm very happy with it!
