3 stars: Terrible service. It appears as if always right is a driver, not a client. Oh, and the app says there is no connection to the internet, although there is one. No credit card is accepted if an order is placed by phone. Payment method can only be changed via app. And true, some drivers charge for waiting immediately and then switch off the phone. PS. Correction. Got refunded within couple days. Two stars back up.

3 stars: During the quarantine it's hard to get a taxi with this app, because prices are low for clients and drivers prefer other apps because of their higher prices. But with coming of this app to the Akademgorodok, local taxi services went bankrupt, so it's rly hard to get a taxi there.
