3 stars: As main app for the control the pendemic, it must be helping \u0026 easier for all branch of user. I'm spending 4 days after my 2nd PCR test and followup with the clinic + MoH without the app turn to green and currently keep waiting.
3 stars: Android app does not work everytime it seems not well made compare to Apple iPhone one. Some times app is not able to update immunity status n consequently u suffer waiting or reinstalling app outside shops or malls. They need to make at par with Apple app.
5 stars: Works fine. Booking Vaccination and Covid test appointment is good. Digital document is comfortable to use. Now in the new version download health passport is a nice feature.
3 stars: Even I am facing the same issue as I am eligible for second dose but failed to fix my appointment..contacted MOH for help couple of times but still facing the same issue while I am going on my annual vacation left just 5 days.
3 stars: Why does it take so long for the health status to update when you open the app. I have been fully vaccinated since January yet it takes ten minutes or more sometimes for it to come up immune
4 stars: Recently i updated for latest updates after updating one of the big problem when you see certificate of vaccination details in English all details in English and in Arabic and when you see Arabic language all details in Arabic language but name is in English.
