4 stars: i love this app. it has alarm to set when you want to remind you.. also has bmi calculator and the diet plan. i only hope the will add some list of foods to buy for the diet plan so it will be easier for us to buy the meal plan atleast for 1 week.

4 stars: It's nice . I would give 5 stars but it will not make you fit or lose weight it will but not 💯. I think out of 70/100.but please try it at first it's too painful but if u did it by managing your breathe it will work out of 85/100.
