4 stars: Sometimes the food has been ready to deliver but the driver never come to pick it up, and not contactable. The food going to be cold and the consumer is waiting that long. No solution yet till now.

3 stars: The food is ready but the app couldn't find a driver. At the end of the day it just wasted. If we just wait for the driver to come first that's mean we let the customer wait for a long time then they Will make a bad review. If you guys have any solution for this please let us know. 3 stars: Not able to access my internet connection through WiFi, the app didn't work smoothly.. Now depending on my mobile network only. I've got the latest update version of the app. Not the case with my other app on my mobile device, the other apps works normally with WiFi.
3 stars: With this new version, a very annoying sound notification when an order comes in, it keeps ringing without stopping for a few seconds although the order has been received.
5 stars: Tbh I'm not having any difficulty in using this app. All you have to do is browse its feature, learning it one by one, if you stuck, watch YouTube, there's plenty of information out there. Anyway, good job GoBiz.
