3 stars: After the update, the location seem can't to select using all the time. Rather the opinion only appear to have use while using the app. It is been a trouble when I use map the grab app don't update my vehicle moving. Customer get to cancel trip because car not moving. I need drive and keep change back to grab app just to show customer I'm moving and not when reaching and they cancel it away. Please advise or do something able this.
3 stars: Feel weird,how come during peak hour,and i'm at high demand area,but didn't receive order?doesn't matter,if justgrab,grabfood or grabmart..seems like the apps not working..suddenly after a few hour..then you start receive jobs again..and it's alway happen,if you pickup passenger at point A,and drop off..then you receive order at same place and it took 20min to drive back just to receive RM 5.00..lol
3 stars: Would the dev kindly do something? Enable the training videos to play in landscape mode? There is an expand button in each video but it's useless and do nothing. Enable landscape mode on phone but videos does not rotate. This is a user interface bug problem that can be reproduced 100%
4 stars: The app is selective.. the rider that gets the booking will get all the jobs .while other riders are still waiting and watching.. it seems that it has a favoritism... Its so heartbreaking to keep on waiting for 2 to 3 hours while only few rider binifits the booking.. there's no fair distribution of bookings..
