3 stars: Good. But theres a problem about the map where you can see the driver. Its very delayed even when my connection is fine. Like when i check the map, the driver isnt moving for a long time and suddenly he teleports very near my place which needs 3-5minutes walk to meet the delivery guy. It can cause problems with the delivery guy if you guys wont fix it.
3 stars: Some stores get glitchy, that they become unavailable for a moment, and later on, the store accepts orders like normal. For example, when I search for a store, it says it takes pre-orders for the next day. But when I come back later, it functions normally, that it accepts orders for today. Please fix, please improve L.
4 stars: Sometimes it takes a while to load when opening. GPS doesn't work properly sometimes that the rider gets lost. Our house is far from downtown so options were initially very limited. But they're slowly gathering more restaurants and they're gradually improving their delivery options. Kudos to the drivers who deliver on time (with minimal delays) rain or shine.
4 stars: This app got better over time. I guess the only time I had a problem was when the app was unable to detect my exact location. The rider had a hard time searching for my exact location. Nonetheless, this was promptly addressed. I saw that the cancel order option was removed. I guess this serves it right for those who fooled hardworking riders. Keep up with the improvements, though.
